Welcome to The Trading Post, a platform operated by RedLeif, Inc. (“RedLeif,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Trading Post, its website, related applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use The Trading Post.


1. Purpose

The Trading Post, hosted at RedLeif.io, is a RedLeif initiative created to help public sector leaders, practitioners, and industry partners understand, improve, and accelerate meaningful public sector innovation.
The Platform provides thought leadership, educational content, and community insights focused on how policy, procurement, technology, and incentives align to enable successful partnerships.


2. Relationship Between RedLeif and The Trading Post

The Trading Post is operated under the ownership and intellectual property rights of RedLeif, Inc.
All technology, trademarks, content, and derivative materials related to The Trading Post are the property of RedLeif, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Trading Post, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

RedLeif reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.


4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Trading Post. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.


5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

All intellectual property associated with The Trading Post — including but not limited to site design, code, features, graphics, text, audio, video, and content — is owned or licensed by RedLeif, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

b. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use The Trading Post for lawful, educational, and professional purposes consistent with its mission.
You may share or reference content with appropriate attribution but may not modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RedLeif.

c. Contributor Content

Contributors retain ownership of original materials they submit to The Trading Post but grant RedLeif, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, publish, edit, and distribute that content across The Trading Post and affiliated RedLeif channels.
All contributions must be original, lawful, and not infringe any third-party rights.

d. Trademarks

All RedLeif and Trading Post names, logos, product names, and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of RedLeif, Inc. and may not be used without express written permission.


6. User Conduct

You agree to use The Trading Post in a manner consistent with its purpose and all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect data.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Upload promotional or commercial content without authorization.

RedLeif reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you consent to processing in the U.S. under equivalent protection standards.

RedLeif does not offer legal, financial, or procurement advice, and no content should be relied upon as such.

RedLeif disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or reliance on information provided through the Platform.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedLeif, Inc., its officers, employees, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use The Trading Post.
In no case shall RedLeif’s total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount paid for access to the Platform, whichever is greater.


11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedLeif, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use of The Trading Post, contributions made, or breach of these Terms.


12. Termination

RedLeif may suspend or terminate access to The Trading Post at any time, with or without notice, for conduct inconsistent with these Terms or harmful to the Platform’s mission or community. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations and, if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and RedLeif regarding The Trading Post.
  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
  • No Waiver: A failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or any rights herein without prior written consent from RedLeif.
